Dear potential buyers,
Selling to you and delivering a product that you love is my top priority. Please feel free to ask any and all questions that you would like answered prior to purchasing.
I care deeply about my reputation on Vinted, but if you have any issues after you receive an item, do not panic! I am always happy to go above and beyond to make you happy and I promise that you will be!
Prior to sending out an item to you:
1) All of the packing and sending of the item are photographed and video recorded to ensure the condition they are sent in.
2) All items come from a smoke free home (but I do have a little blond fur baby) and are washed in an organic non-scent laundry detergent prior to sending. This however does not apply to items that are 'New/New Without Tags' or 'New With Tags'
3) All items are thoroughly looked over and if any flaws are noted that were not in the description, you will immediately be made aware and you can decide what you would like to do
4) I ship the same or latest the very next business day
Regarding Shipping:
I have a USPS carrier scheduled to pick up from my home daily (Monday-Friday). This does not apply on the weekends or holidays. My USPS does not scan items when he/she picks up, but they are scanned usually when they hit the next sorting facility. Please allow at least 48 hours for the item being shipped to you to properly upload it's tracking as this is genuinely out of my control.
