The last time you visited our Help Center it was probably a lot like having Rihanna’s - S.O.S. please someone help me - on infinite loop! Look, we get it. So we gave our help page a total makeover! Now the next time you need help you’ll find the answers you need, a whole lot faster.
WHAT’S DIFFERENT? (other than our fly new style):
Now when you need help with an order: select that order *first* then complete your request to get in touch with the team. Everything our team needs to know about your order will be filled in auto-magically.
The Help Center will automatically suggest answers you may be looking for based on your recent activity on Vinted. I’m not saying the robots are taking over, but it definitely got a little AI upgrade. Woo!
FAQs are still sorted by category, just like you’re used to.
And you’ll always be able to contact support for questions that aren’t answered in the center.

For orders, just head to the message thread about the item. You'll find your message in your inbox, or on the My Orders screen (on the app). In the upper right corner, press the options symbol. It looks like 3 dots on the app, or says 'More' on the website.

You can also find help on the APP by tapping 'Help Center' (located on your Profile tab), anytime.

Visit the help center, then use the SEARCH bar to type in exactly what you're looking for.
I just used this last week for an issue with a discount not showing up in a bundle and it was fantastic! Everything for the sale filled in by itself and I just had to type a quick message and/or attach a screenshot. Replies for the question definitely were a lot faster too! Thanks so much!
Looks all nice & snazzy, but how to report glitches & bugs is sorta hidden, at least on the desktop.
For those who can't find it, - My Account - under Questions click "How do troubleshoot a bug on my device?" (not my typo), Scroll all the way down to Contact Us.
@peppedup - Thanks for pointing out the typo!
@mixitup - you'll still report forum comments the exact same way as before -- nothing's changed there. If you don't see the little flag icon on the lower right corner of the comment, just mouseover it -- move your curser over the lower right corner and you'll see the flag magically appear!
Also, the Help Center now automatically suggests questions/ answers based on your current transactions. So if you have a question about a particular order you've got going on, you'll first select that order (at the top), then see what questions pop up. Choose the topic most closely related to your issue and go from there. You'll have the option to contact support if you need more help, and it's super easy now -- easier and better than ever!
