Okay so basically I'm tired of my weight, I'm only 4'9 so being 127 is overweight I guess..I want to have a flat stomach and be more healthy. Any tips on how I can start losing weight and getting a flat stomach?
Drinks: replace all juices(except home-squeezed), sodas and other drinks with green tea and water.
Food: stink to protein and greens. Do not cut out carbs completely - replace carbs like break with carbs like rice
Snacks: stick to nuts and fruits. Eat small portions and snack in between, you should be eating 5/6 times a day.
Workouts: at least 2-3 times a week
You don't need a gym, but a gym is great. I follow the YouTube channel "blogilates"
ahh! this might be long..but let me tell you my experience & how to do it. i was exactly the same weight as you!! and my height is 4'9! i went from 127 to 130 to 100 pounds (now) ! i did this without exercising at all or dieting. what i did might be kind of hard but its worth it! its especially hard for short girls like us to be skinny because we are so short so even 110 pounds looks kind of fat! So all you need to do is first, download the MyFitnessPal app. fill out your info and it will tell you how many calories you need to eat a day to lose weight. mines is 1,200 so yours might be the same since i was same height and weight as you were! i started from January 1, 2014 at 127 pounds and after doing this for over a month by February 21, 2014 i was already down to 119 pounds!! than by july i was 109! and by october 103! and Now January i am 100! that is my goal weight bc i look really skinny & healthy! everyone thinks i work out and all but really i eat junk food everyday bc my parents work ALL the time and i barely know how to cook. its all about counting calories! i buy 90 calories coke from the store (its a bit smaller can i cant give up soda) and when i get hungry at home and wanna snack i buy those low calories deserts like 90 calorie chocolate and all. weigh yourself everyday and you will notice every week you will be dropping...its ok to have one day where you accidentally over eat. its happened to me so many times. as long as you get right back on track the next day everything will go back to normal you CAN exercise if you wanna burn calories...but if your lazy like me and rather just eat the calories and not exercise...thats good! exercising is just to burn off calories if you over ate slightly or wanna burn some and eat a little snack without going the calorie limit...i hope your not confused by how this works! here is an example of what i would eat: (the mornings i usually am never hungry for breakfast) but if i am i eat like my little 90 calorie box of cereal. than for lunch lets say i ate a burrito for 500 calories and a soda for 150 calories...so thats already 740 calories i ate today. so i have 460 more calories to eat....and for dinner i would eat like a sandwich for 300 calories or sometimes after a big lunch like that I'm not really hungry for dinner so i just eat desert and snacks all the way till i reach my limit, 1,200 IF there comes a day where you have to eat over 1,200 BUT you dont want to GAIN the weight back, you eat 1,430 calories! if you eat that amount you won't gain but you won't lose you will stay the same. right now I'm currently helping my bf lose weight & he's been doing this and lost 4 pounds in one week already! good luck, and hope everything works out like how it did for me
