This listing is for the dress as seen in the photos! This is a black dress with small white polka dots all over it! The top of the dress is halter style. It ties around the back of your neck, making this dress adjustable. There is tutu material under the skirt of the dress. This gives the dress a bit of a poof. I bought this dress about a decade ago from Wet Seal. It is a size small. This dress is still in excellent preloved condition. I do not see any type of flaw with the dress.
