Vintage OOAK handmade yellow swiss dot empire waisted dress with orange velvet waist and ciffs. Yellow dress with floral orange flowers and green leaves. Round neck empire waist, long sleeves and fuller skirt. Back vintage zipper closing stamped TALON and eye hook at the nexk, cuffs have two snap closing on each.
The true color is the pictures that are the darker yellow as in picture two, not the very light ones.
