Not new, though stored flat for years, store fold marks most likely to come out in a dry clean. Also just noticed the inside centre folded seem in the liner has come unstitched a tad. (See photo)
Lovely rare jacket, soft velvety feel, not really sure on the fabric as its in Japanese!
