✔ All items come from a SMOKE FREE, PET FRIENDLY home. I have a Giant white Great Pyrenees and a little yorkie terrier (Nala and Meeko says HELLO!! ) However, I keep all my clothes and items for sale in a room where my dogs NEVER enter. (or so they make me believe.) All items are washed and clean of any dog allergens before shipping for peace of mind.
✔What Size is the Model ( Mannequin)?
My mannequin is a Size Medium (8), although her waist is considered an X-small to small (2 - 6), her bust and Hips are of a Size Medium. Sorry, mannequin model is the only method of modeling. Please do not ask me to model items.

All items are negotiable in price, however, I reserve the right to refuse and/or block users who low ball. I WILL NOT accept offers on BUNDLEs for they are ALREADY discounted. If an items is already marked at $5.00 and under I will not accept offers. Also, if I already accepted you offer, it is only right to purchase right away. Do not send me another offer, I will not accept.
Unfortunately, I do not swap.
I try to answer all messages sent, however, if I have already answered the question via the "about me" section, I may ignore messages about swaps/modeling/reserves (if it has already been clearly stated) I am not at all trying to avoid your question or be rude. All items are weighed, shipping prices are NONnegotiable. I would hate for you to be charged more for shipping when it arrives.
My return policy is the same as Vinted, unless it is NOT as described or I sent the wrong item. ALL SALES ARE FINAL. You, can, however, relist the item(s) and use my images. I do provide measurements and as much as an accurate description as possible. However, it is also your job to ask any questions you may also have. I am not a mind reader. I don't expect that from other sellers either.
✔What do I do with the shipping material?

As we all know, you can't possibly please everyone. However, I can try to answer all your questions as best to my knowledge. I try not to give out bad reviews, however, there are instances that do require such action. ("If you're not going to say anything nice, don't say anything at all") If you have any issues with your purchase, please contact me so I can try and rectify the problem. Don't just leave negative feedback.
As to adhere to Vinted's new Feedback guideline, I provide ALL possible measurements in my listings. IF it does not fit well, you can relist it. It is absolutely UNFAIR to sellers, to leave neutral to negative feedback based on fit, ESPECIALLY when measurements are all provided.

Send me a personal message. Please refrain from commenting, it gets lost in the notifications and I can fail to respond. If I am on Vacation mode, please be patient, I will definitely get back to you as soon as I return. I will try my best to get in contact with you ASAP.
✔ I didn't receive my order?
After your order is dropped off at the post office, it is out of my hands. I am not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged mail. However, if you feel that your neighborhood is notorious for stolen mail, please contact me, and we can work out a solution. At times, USPS tends to "mess up" if that is the case I will try my best to track your item down for you. But it also your duty to contact your post office to see where the item is. Please DO NOT confirm you received the item until you have received it.
High-End items have this question hovering above them at all times. Sometimes even low-end items.
I do not sell items that I cannot verify and I do not buy faux. If you want to know anything about an item listing, please feel free to message me and ask. I am more than happy to oblige. However, commenting on the item may not get lost in the notifications and I probably won't see it. Also, any comments with no relevance will be flagged and removed.
