Tracking information isn’t updating
Sometimes package tracking details may not update in our system right away. Even if your tracking information isn’t updating, seems stuck, or if you see a different status on Vinted than on the carrier’s website, your package should arrive within 25 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays)
If your order was sent less than 25 business days ago your package is likely still in transit – even if shipping is taking longer than expected.
I received the item, but the status hasn’t updated
If you got your order, but the tracking status hasn’t changed to “delivered”, press “Track package” and then “Mark as received” on the conversation screen to confirm that you got the order.
- Once you mark the order “Delivered”, you’ll have 2 days to press “I have an issue” to raise a claim or “Everything is OK” to complete the order.
- If you don’t see the “Mark as received” button, please allow an additional 24 hours for it to appear (sometimes our tracking system doesn’t update right away).
