USPS shipping
Using prepaid Vinted-generated shipping labels for USPS, you can send and receive packages:
- Within the US
- Between the US and UK
Shipping within the US: USPS ships from a post office or seller’s home to the buyer’s home address.
International shipping: USPS ships from a post office to the buyer’s chosen pick-up point.
Note that the shipping label may display the address of a cross-border shipping partner, rather than the final delivery address.

I’m a seller
Once a member purchases your item using the Buy now button and selects USPS shipping:
- Press Get shipping label in the conversation screen with the buyer.
- Choose a shipping method:
- From a post office — get a digital label, which is a QR code that you’ll need to scan at the post office. For international shipments, you’ll get a printable label to print out and stick on the package.
- From home — schedule a pick-up date, then get a printable label to print out and stick on the package. Home pick-up is not available for international shipments.
- Pack your item properly.
- If the item isn't packed properly and gets damaged in transit as a result, we may have to cancel the order and refund the buyer.
- Take a photo of your package showing how it’s packed, in case we need it later.
- Send the package from your nearest USPS drop-off point or hand it over to USPS on the scheduled pick-up date.
Shipping rates depend on the package's size and both the buyer’s and seller’s locations. Buyers will see the total shipping cost at the checkout.
In case of a lost or damaged package, please contact us. We may compensate you up to $100.
For packages shipped between the US and UK, we may compensate you up to $27.
Keep your proof of shipping until the order is completed, e.g. a copy of the shipping label, the drop-off receipt, or an email confirmation. In case any shipping issues arise, this can help us solve them.
This option is available to your buyers automatically — no need to change anything in your settings.

- Select USPS when buying an item.
- Add your home address.
- Pay for your purchase.
- Track your package in the conversation screen to follow its journey.
- Receive the package at home

If you’ve received an item that's damaged, significantly not as described, or you haven’t received it at all, your order is protected and covered by our Refund Policy.
Press "I have an issue" to request a refund on an ongoing order. The order will be temporarily suspended and your funds kept safe until a solution is reached.
NoteAlways press “I have an issue” within 2 days of Vinted notifying you that the item should have been delivered.
