Has company logos, was a gift from a retiring person I had done work for. This jacket is not in perfect condition, though very good except for a few spots like the cuffs and hip hem just some dirty spots that could probably be scrubbed out. It is a two in one, outer jacket that fits like a large, and an inner jacket that fits like a medium tall. All though I haven't worn it much it's been my favorite jacket I've ever owned. But it shows dirt like a neon sign. I don't recommend this jacket if you have a dirty occupation/lifestyle. Even riding a bike in the rain will show dirt that you've gotta wash off after every time you use it. Although it doesn't actually stain easily at all. Also fleece is like a magnet for lint but it's sooo comfy. I only recommend this jacket for people over 5'8" because it's really a tall even though not explicitly stated, and also that the wearer be no more than about 170 because I'm only 160 something and it's snug around my chest (comfortably) with a thin shirt underneath, but I am large chested for a male. I recently applied a new coat of Atsko silicone dwr and it works wonderfully. Very waterproof. I held it under full running water in the sink before posting this to make sure and my hand was completely dry underneath.
