That’s a 1990 Mercury Records promotional “sponge brick” for Roger Waters’ The Wall – Live in Berlin single.
The yellow foam brick with red “Another Brick In The Wall” lettering was a radio/retail promo. The printed card that slots into it is the custom sleeve for the U.S. promo CD of “Another Brick In The Wall (Part 2)” featuring Cyndi Lauper, recorded live at Potsdamer Platz on July 21, 1990. Sources that specialize in this item say only a few hundred were made this way (one dealer cites ~500).
