100% Genuine Vintage Burberry Women’s 1970’s Woven Leather Button Car Coat, made for A.B Nordiska.
For those who do not know, A.B Nordiska is a Swedish high end department store similar to Liberty or Harrods. Through the 1960’s to early 80’s Burberry made custom colour, custom button and custom check coats for them, which are now exceedingly rare and sought after.
This coat is in excellent condition with only some mild marks to mention (see last pictures for these). The coat has been professionally cleaned and steamed before listing so is ready to be worn, having zero bad odours and no dirtiness whatsoever.
All leather is in absolutely phenomenal shape for being 50+ years old. The coat is Beige with a gorgeous custom Blue/Yellow check (I am yet to see this on another coat) and a collar fastening, as well as leather bound cuff buckles.
