The tags are missing but they were a size 2 bought. My daughter is just into a 1 and she finds them tight. So I would say really needed for a child with size kids 12 and wear thicker socks maybe?
Barely worn (my son grow out them quick- again def wear small) so they pristine. Just need a wipe down.
