Charming vintage yellow round box featuring the beloved Dutch characters Jip and Janneke, illustrated by Fiep Westendorp. Jip and Janneke were invented in
1952 by Dutch writer Annie M.G. Schmidt and illustrator Fiep Westendorp.
The lid shows the classic black-and-white illustration of the two children, beautifully contrasted against the cheerful yellow background.
