Stretchy neoprene give with sound unit attached. The
"try me" feature does not work and the switch in package is set to "off" so I'm unsure if batteries are good. May need replacing. No signs of water damage only some yellowing on package. I have several of these so the packaging you get may vary but contents inside are all the same and new. Any questions please message me.
