The brand of this vintage, small, Y2K-style lace-up cube bag is Phard, an Italian fashion label highly popular during the late 1990s and 2000s. It can be used as a small handheld bag, but also includes a long strap to make it a shoulder bag. I did notice a few marks.. one on the underside of the handle and a little wearing of the silver on top of handle, and a little black mark between the silver stitching. Measures Approx 5”h x 4.5 w x 4.5”D with a 5” strap drop. It has a silver shoulder strap included which was never opened, so I can’t tell you how long it is.
