I don’t offer returns or refunds unless I am at fault. You must flag any issues up before the 48hrs Vinted time allowance has passed.
Size labels are often inaccurate due to items shrinking, different brands using a different size chart, age, country of origin or tailoring. For this reason, all items are listed under the size accurate to the measurements of modern clothing.
Waist and inseam measurements for bottoms are taken laid flat. I cannot accept a return on an item that doesn’t fit if measurements were provided or measurements we not requested before buying.
Rude buyers and time wasters will be blocked, and their orders cancelled.
