We are a small business , being that returns are time consuming and cause loss of potential sales anyone who returns items where we are not at fault will be blocked.
We provide measurements and infos as needed so we prefer not dealing with returns where people simply change their minds or didn't check the measurements prior buying.
When doing a return, no matter the reason / fault , all security tags need to be attached otherwise the return will not be accepted.
