Delivery time
The delivery time of an item depends on the shipping service the buyer chooses and the seller’s handling time. Buyers can see the estimated delivery date at checkout. Also, they’ll be notified once the seller ships their item.
Sellers have 5 business days to ship the item.
Shipping time varies depending on the package size and its destination. Typically, First-Class Package Service and Priority Mail Service shipping takes 1-3 working days.
Saturdays, Sundays and major national holidays are usually not included in transit time estimates.
Please note that in some cases when the parcel is lost or damaged in transit, delivery may take longer.
ImportantIf the package is late, please bear with the carrier and wait just a bit longer. With patience, in most cases, the situation resolves itself.
If the seller can’t send the order in time, they can ask the buyer to agree on extending the shipping deadline by 3 or 5 additional business days. The buyer can accept or decline this request.
Both buyers and sellers can track their parcels on their conversation screen. There they can see where the parcel is and its expected delivery time.
