I didn’t receive a verification email
- Double-check that you’ve entered your email address correctly
- Check your spam folder to make sure our email didn’t end up there
- If you still can’t see it anywhere, please use the Resend verification code button
Registered using Apple ID
If you chose to hide your email address when you registered, make sure ‘email forwarding’ is turned on in your Apple ID settings. This ensures that emails can be forwarded correctly to your linked email inbox.
Don’t have access to the email address linked with your Apple ID? You’ll need to change your linked email address in your Apple device settings.
