How to receive a copy of your account data
You can request your Vinted account data by following these steps:
- Hit your profile icon and go to Settings
- Select Privacy settings
- Tap Manage account data
- Tap Request data
NoteYou’ll receive an email with a confirmation link which will expire in 24 hours. Please make sure that you’re logged into your Vinted account beforehand.
When and how you’ll get your data
Once you’ve confirmed your request, we’ll begin preparing your data. This process typically takes just a few minutes, but in some cases, it can take up to 30 days. When it's ready, you’ll receive an email with a button to access your data:
- Tap it to go to the app
- Log in, if needed
- Hit “Download” to get your data.
You’ll receive the data as a ZIP archive containing HTML files, photos, and PDFs.
