How to use Help Centre and contact support?

Whether it’s a general topic or a specific order question that you have in mind, see how to easily find the answers you’re looking for.

If you’re curious how using Vinted works, you can use:

1. Help Center search bar. Simply enter your keyword and see the suggested articles.
2. General Topics section. You can see a list of the most important topics here. Select the relevant topic (e.g. Selling) and find related articles in that section.

There are 2 options for getting help with specific orders:

1. Via conversation
   Go to the conversation screen with the buyer/seller, press (i) and choose Help.
2. Via Help Center
   Go to the Help Center Home, and you’ll see the list of your recent orders at the top — select a recent order to see useful help entries related to its status.

You’ll notice that certain Help Center articles have the Contact us button placed right under the article. Press this button if you need help, and we’ll get in touch with you as soon as we can. 

If you press Contact us via the conversation screen, we’ll automatically receive all your order details with the message. This will help us to reply to you more quickly.
