Both the buyer and the seller can track their package. Tracking is available for items that were:
- Bought using the Buy now button, and
- Sent according to our in-app instructions
Tracking is available with all shipping methods, except custom shipping.
To track your package:
- Go to the conversation screen with your buyer or seller
- Press Track package
There, you’ll find the latest tracking information and the tracking number. You can use this number on your carrier’s website as well, and track the package directly from there.
Note that it may take up to 48 hours for the tracking on Vinted to update.
You can also mark the package as received from the tracking window (e.g. if the order didn’t update automatically).
Order status changed to “delivered”, but I haven't received the item. Press I have an issue on the conversation screen with the seller and select your issue for further instructions.

- Go to the Help Center homepage
- Select the order in question
