Managing shipping options for selling

You can decide which carriers will be available to your buyers. The more shipping options you suggest, the faster you can sell your items.

You can do that in your profile:

  1. Go to your profile;
  2. Select Settings;
  3. Choose Shipping;
  4. Turn off/on your chosen shipping options by pressing on the toggle. (Some shipping options will be on by default for you and cannot be turned off).

The buyer will then choose one of the available shipping options. Once the buyer makes their purchase, follow the delivery instructions you receive in your inbox. If you ignore the selected delivery method or fail to send the item within 5 working days of purchase, the order will be canceled and your buyer refunded.

Good to know:

  • You can change delivery options for your future sales. Items that are already sold must be sent with the chosen delivery method.
  • Your location determines which shipping options are available to you.
  • You can see the nearest drop-off location and the opening hours of your selected carrier.
