How shipping works
The shipping expenses are added to the item’s price and are shown in the total sum of the buyer’s order at the checkout. Shipping rates depend on the parcel’s size and both the buyer’s and the seller’s locations.
When you sell an item, you’ll get a prepaid Vinted-generated shipping label in your email and Vinted inbox.
When the buyer presses the Buy now button to purchase your item, they will select the shipping provider you should send the item with. Please respect their choice, otherwise the order will be cancelled, and the buyer will be refunded.
Vinted cannot track the parcel if it was sent with a different shipping provider than indicated in the order details.
Sellers can select different shipping options in their postage settings. The shipping options you can select depend on your location — the more options you use, the higher your chances of selling! You can learn more about managing your shipping options.
NoteYou can select the shipping options you want to offer to your buyers in your postage settings.
You’ll have 5 business days to send the item. If you miss this deadline, we’ll have no choice but to cancel the order.
If you can’t send the order in time, you can ask the buyer to agree on extending the shipping deadline by 3 or 5 additional business days. The buyer can accept or decline this request.
