Selling multiple items as a set

You can sell items in sets on Vinted (up to 5 items per listing). This will help buyers save on postage costs, and you’ll get to sell more of your pre-loved items!

Bundles come with some important rules:

• Take proper photos of your items
  The first picture of the set listing should show all items in the set (one image, not a collage). The other pictures should showcase individual items from the set.
• Add a clear title and a detailed description
  Make it clear to buyers that you’re selling a set of items in this listing.
• No duplicate listings
  If you add an item to an item set, the same item cannot be listed separately.
• Select one category
  For sets of clothing (e.g. a t-shirt and a skirt), use the category that best fits the main item (you can decide which you consider the main one).
  For sets consisting of similar items (e.g. jewellery), pick the category that matches the type of items you’re selling.
• Choose the right price
  Although it’s one listing, you’re selling more than one item. Therefore, the price for the set should reflect the value of all the items included. You can read more about how to choose the right price for your items.
• Follow our Catalog Rules
  Please make sure your listing follows our Catalog Rules. If some items don’t meet the listing requirements, we’ll need to hide your listing until you adjust it.
  If your listings repeatedly fail to follow these rules, we’ll be forced to suspend your Vinted account.

Buyers can purchase multiple items from your closet by creating bundles.

• Bundle purchases are completed just like regular orders:
  • Buyers can create a bundle from your individual listings, select an available shipping provider, and purchase the bundle instantly by pressing “Buy now”.
  • Buyers can make an offer to negotiate a better price for the created bundle. You can either accept the offer or decline it, or propose a different price.
  • As soon as the buyer pays for the bundle, your items will be marked as “sold” automatically, and you'll receive delivery instructions along with the Vinted-generated shipping label.
  • The package size is selected automatically based on the type and number of items in the bundle.

• If there’s an item in a bundle with the custom shipping option applied or without an indicated shipping option, you’ll receive a request from the buyer to approve their created bundle. You’ll need to choose a suitable package size for this order before they can buy it.
