This is a very cute "night" top from Wet Seal. Black/white stripe design. Blouson bottom. Halter neck w/ silver metal detail. Front drapes down. For cleavage detail. For some reason the tag is in the front of this garment. Size info is missing but I know it's a medium that will fit a smaller chest juniors body. No holes or stains. Still looks brand new!
