Brand new and wasn't worn because it was too small for my puppy. I was disappointed they didn't have this beautiful shade of blue 💙 in a bigger size at the time. It's a size small. My fur baby is 12" tall, 10" long and weighs 9 pounds. In my opinion even using their sizing chart I would size up. It runs small.
