Gorgeous boots by Isabel Marant, the style name is Caleen. They were very expensive when new. They are intentionally distressed, feature silver & bronze river detailing. Have pull on tabs at either side & feature a concealed inner wedge which isn’t too high. They have been used & do show signs of wear but have years of wear left to them. They are a size 36 which is normally a UK 3 but I think they will also fit a 3.5-4 too.
