Near- Mint condition
The mewtwo is honestly in great condition, the front has no whitening, blemishes or dings. Front centering is great and there is for sure nothing wrong on the front.
The back and the reason its near mint and not mint is because there is a small bit of whitening on the bottom of the card. Additionally, its ever so slightly bottom heavy though that's standard for cards of this set.
