Metropolitan Police gift pen -London's Scotland Yard issued pen. A unique pen with an aide-memoire for officers that is revealed with each click. This pen dates back to the early 2010s and was also given out as a corporate gift to members of the public.
The pen is new and unused but has been in storage for over 10 years and hence may require some fast friction scratch on paper to get the ink-flow up to speed. This is a ball-point pen and I have just done that and it works.
