Cute vintage red ruffle tank style ruffle top! It looks kinda like a dress but it’s just a full length top. There’s elastic going through the chest/straps and also elastic going through the waist. Very breathable, light fabric. Unfortunately the care and materials tag was cut off so I’m not sure what it’s made out of.
