The story begins with Oddball and Domino playing in their backyard, where they uncover a toy made in one of Cruella de Vil's factories. Unbeknownst to them, Cruella's toy business is failing, so she devises a plan to capture pets across England and transform them into realistic toys using a heavy-duty glue-like substance called "Super-Gloop".
Oddball and Domino return home to find their siblings missing. After their parents, Dipstick and Dottie, are captured as well, the two puppies defy their parents' orders to stay home and set off on their own adventure to rescue their family.
