Walter Ronald Locke was an etcher best known for his landscapes. He resided in Florida and many of his surviving works are of Florida scenes. Locke was born in Winchester, Massachusetts, and studied art under Louis Kronbert and Alfred Hutty. image measures 13'' x 9.6''. Perimeter of frame measures 18.75'' x 14.75''. Framed and matted under plexiglass. Rich, dark ink and nice bright paper. A few pale brown spots. White surface blemishes throughout the image of the print, indicating damage to the paper. Integrity is not compromised.
