The simple, elegant shape of the Open Heart design is one of Elsa Peretti’s most celebrated. The pendant is hallmarked with “Tiffany & Co. Elsa Peretti 925 Spain.” The chain is stamped with “AG925” and “Tiffany & Co.” In excellent preloved condition with very minor signs of use (see pics).
