Referrals Terms & Conditions
Members registered on Vinted can refer one or more friends and earn Vinted Shopping Vouchers. By participating in the Vinted’s Referrals Program, members agree to be bound by these Referrals Terms & Conditions, which become part of Vinted’s General Terms & Conditions. Unless otherwise stated, Vinted’s General Terms & Conditions prevail. The Privacy Policy also describes the processing of Personal Data of the User by VINTED when they participate in the Vinted’s Referrals Program.
Information about a particular Vinted’s Referrals Program campaign will be posted on the Vinted website or in the Vinted app or sent to your inbox in your Vinted account. Inviting friends is simple: click on your profile icon and choose “Invite friends” from the list, and you’ll see your unique link for sharing. You will receive a Vinted Shopping Voucher amounting to USD 5 (five), valid after your referred friend creates a valid Vinted account that complies with our Terms & Conditions and successfully lists at least 3 (three) items during the 7 (seven) calendar days counting from the next day after their account has been created.
You will receive an additional Vinted Shopping Voucher amounting to USD 10 (ten) after your referred friend’s first Successful Sale of any of their listed items. A Successful Sale means a sale of any of the items listed by your referred friend provided that such sale happens within 30 (thirty) calendar days counting from the next day after a valid account was created on Vinted. Note that the payment for the item must be made using Vinted's integrated payment system.
Your Vinted Shopping Voucher will be equal to the amount specified in the particular referral promotion. All of your Vinted Shopping Vouchers will be stored in your Vinted profile and automatically applied to your next Qualifying Transaction on Vinted, with no possibility to postpone its use to a later transaction. Only 1 voucher can be used at a time. Vinted Shopping Vouchers will expire 30 (thirty) calendar days after their issuance date. The maximum amount of Vinted Shopping Vouchers that you can earn per year cannot exceed USD 1000 (one thousand).
Your referred friend can use a referral link once. You will receive a Vinted Shopping Voucher only if your referred friend registers on Vinted through your referral link and if the other conditions detailed above are met.
A Qualifying Transaction is a transaction on Vinted, where the total price of purchased item(s), excluding shipping fees and the Buyer Protection fee, is above USD 15 (fifteen). Vinted Shopping Vouchers can only be used to pay for items on the Vinted platform (by using the Buy now / Buy button) and cannot be used for Vinted’s paid services (like Bumps, Closet Spotlight and Buyer Protection) as well as shipping fees. Vinted Shopping Vouchers cannot be redeemed for cash.
Vinted’s Referrals Program works on every Vinted platform separately. Referral links issued by one Vinted platform cannot be used to register on a different/other Vinted platform.
Vinted reserves a right to suspend your participation in the Referrals Program and cancel any Vinted Shopping Vouchers should any abusive or fraudulent activity with respect to the Referrals Program be spotted on your account.
These Referrals Terms & Conditions are subject to change. Vinted can unilaterally and without prior notification at any time suspend the Vinted’s Referrals Program, change its terms, determine and change the value of Vinted Shopping Vouchers in these Referrals Terms & Conditions, or suspend members’ ability to participate in Vinted’s Referrals Program due the reasons specified above. These changes will in any event not affect Vinted Shopping Vouchers already issued by Vinted but not yet used.
