Tracking a package
You can get all of the latest tracking updates from the order conversation screen. To track a parcel:
- Go to the conversation screen with your buyer or seller
- Press Track parcel
You can also click the link on this page to track the parcel directly from the carrier’s website, or copy the tracking number to share it elsewhere.
NoteIt can take up to 48 hours for the tracking information to first appear on Vinted.
“Where can I get help with my order?”
Go to the Help Centre homepage and select the order in question. You’ll see the solutions related to its status and options to contact us.
“Why is shipping taking so long?”
It may take up to 25 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) for a parcel to arrive. If the parcel was sent less than 25 business days ago, it’s likely still in transit. Even if there are delays, most parcels will arrive within this time.
“My parcel has arrived, but the order tracking didn’t update”
Sometimes tracking details don’t update in our system right away. If you got your order, but the tracking status hasn’t changed to “Delivered”, press “Track parcel” the press “Mark as received” on the conversation screen to confirm that you’ve received it.
“It says my order was delivered, but I didn’t get it”
Press “I have an issue” within 2 days of the order being marked as “delivered” and select your issue for further instructions.
“I think my parcel is lost”
If it’s been more than 25 business days since the parcel was shipped or if the tracking status on your conversation screen changes to “Parcel seems to be lost” please press “I have an issue” on the conversation screen for help.
- Tracking is only available for items that were bought using the “Buy now” button and sent according to our in-app instructions.
- Parcels sent using the custom shipping method can’t be tracked on Vinted — sellers should message buyers the tracking number or give more updates.
