Honestly it's in a "NEW-like" condition! I seen it on sale at a local mall in the kid's section during the beginning of fall for a discounted price. I do free-lance photography and if I see a deal on a cute lil piece of clothing in ANY size (girl or boy) I buy it and tuck it away in a trunk for a possible future photo shoot! So all my kid's clothes ARE worn only for hours if that. Just incase a client brings a few change of outfits for her kid's photo shoot, and well we put client's clothes and mine together to make a super kick-ass outfit. So I have random pieces like this I am selling. NOT one flaw!
