Preloved. Washed. Iron burn mark on left shoulder. Girls size 16 1/2 or 16 plus, 100% cotton. Stretchy all over including the sheer mesh/net sleeves. Bought full price in store during 2004, so it’s 21 years old. There is a tie for the back. It was part of a set.
