No tag, so not sure of the brand. Measurements are 49” long from shoulder to hem, 14.5” across shoulder to shoulder, 17.5” across pit to pit, and 16.5” across the waist. There is a small stain on the front but isn’t noticeable, and a small stain on one of the back ribbons that can be easily removed. Has two sets of ribbons on the back to tie. The only sequins I can see that are loose are at the top but are behind the mesh fabric. This is the most amazing piece ever and in very good preowned condition!
