label is paradise labeled size small, unstretched waist measures 12 inches but its very stretchy so could def fit 3 inches more, i wore it low waisted, length is around 35 inches but the last like 9 inches are the long whimsy pieces *used so may have slight imperfections* *i do own pets* mannequins size: bust: 34 inches waist: 25.5 inches hips (top): 33 inches hips (bottom): 38 inches thigh: 22.5 inches
