Brand new with tags Size 16 - true to size; does have some flexibility I bought it but then lost a significant amount of weight. Rather than bring it in, I'd rather another beautiful lady enjoy it! I'm 5'4 and this dress was long. You may need a hem if my height Dress was $800 originally! It could be used as a wedding dress, heavy and beautiful fabric
